AMORE DI DIO - Red is the color of a Ruby and in Exodus 28:17 we find that the first stone to be placed in Aaron's breastplate was a Ruby and signified praise and worship to usher us into the presence of the Lord.  Also, in Proverbs the Word says "Who can find a virtuous woman for her price is far above rubies. (Proverbs 31:10)
